Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation or mediation, consistent with Shariah principles of reconciliation (Sulh).
If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New Jersey under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Takaful America may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
